Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. The software
These terms apply to the desktop software published by Cue Labs ("we", "us"): Loudness Match, which creates DJ intro and outro edits from audio files you provide, and DJ Quality Checker, which checks the audio quality of your files (each "the Software"). For Loudness Match they apply to the free trial and to purchased licenses.
2. Loudness Match license
When you buy Loudness Match you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one computer at a time that you own or control (you may move it to another computer by deactivating it on the first one). The purchase includes one year of updates; the version you have keeps working after that year. You may not resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the Software or your license key.
3. Free trial and free software
The Loudness Match free trial lets you use every feature for 7 days on one computer. After the trial a license key is required. DJ Quality Checker is free: you may use it on any number of computers, but you may not sell it or redistribute modified copies.
4. Your music and your responsibility
The Software only processes files you choose, on your own computer. You are responsible for having the rights to the music you edit and for how you use the edits you create, including any public performance. The Software does not grant any rights to third-party music.
5. Purchases
Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payments, taxes and invoices. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it fits every purpose. Keep backups of your music library.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license (or zero for free software).
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
