Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of Loudness Match from Cue Labs. Loudness Match comes with a 7-day free trial with every feature, so you can make sure it works on your computer and fits your workflow before you buy.

14-day refund

If Loudness Match doesn't work for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Please tell us what went wrong — we'll often be able to fix it first.

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method.
• Once refunded, the license key is deactivated.
• Purchases older than 14 days are not refundable, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
